I love the U-Don from Bistro - unfortunately, it's only good when you go in person and tell them exactly what you want. It seems they have fun providing the opposite of your request. I order Vegetable SOBA extra spicy, and get Vegetable u-don with no spice... Ehhh

Salad was missing half the items; cookies did not come at all. "Guava" juice was actually pineapple orange guava (which is fine, but this should be made clear on the menu.)

Very polite, but submitted my order at 5:15 and they called and said that they had closed so they couldn't fill my order

The "Create Your Own Salad" seemed like a great deal - unlimited toppings for $7.38 ($8 with tax)? Sure! I ordered one with a moderate amount of toppings and was surprised to see that the salad bowl came half empty! There was very little lettuce, very little of each topping, and some of the toppings were incorrect! Very disappointing. I won't be ordering from Bistro Marketplace again.
